Parental involvement is a key element to the success of Rose Valley’s Swim and Dive teams. Each family is encouraged to volunteer. We are a small team, and appreciate the efforts of all our families. If everyone gives some time, each volunteer may only have to work a portion of each meet. We are happy to provide training for all positions and will pair you up with an experienced volunteer. Prior to every meet, a SignUp Genius will be sent out with specific volunteer roles to be filled for that meet.

Team Suits

We have a new team suit this season as the Arena Hydrangea suit has been discontinued. The old suits can still be worn this season but we are unable to order more from our current vendor. See below for information to order the new suit, Nike Watercolor. 

Ordering info: Place your order before June 1, 2026 and your suit(s) will  be delivered to practice. Just follow these steps:

1. 1. Unsure of size? We’ll have a suit fit kit available at our Info Night on May 4th to try on suits and determine size. If you can’t make it to the Info Night, we’ll also have the fit kit available at select pre-season practices. Dates and times will be communicated closer to pre-season
   2. Go to our team page at Toad Hollow Athletics here: Rose Valley Team Suits
   3. Select the suit/size you need
   4. Under shipping choose “Team Bulk Pickup (Free)”
   5. Checkout and our team suit rep will pick up all ordered suits and deliver them to practice before the first meet

NOTE: If you order after June 1, 2026 you will need to either pay for shipping, or pick up yourself at Toad Hollow.

Team Snap

Our team uses Team Snap for communication regarding practice updates (e.g., cancellation of practice due to weather) and for swimmers to indicate their intent to swim in a particular meet. It is available as an app for your smartphone. There is also a website that can be accessed. If you need access, please email the Swim Team Administrator and you will receive an invitation to join.
