Weekdays May 28-June 7, indoors at Ridley High School

• Swim – 4:00-6:00
  • 4:00-4:45 Practice Group 1 (Advanced: approximately 12yrs & up)
  • 4:45-5:30 Practice Group 2 (Intermediate: approximately 9yrs-12yrs)
  • 5:30-6:00 Practice Group 3 (Beginner: 8 & under/new to team)
• Dive – 6:00-6:45 (Except June 7, no practice)
• June 7 — 4:00-6:30 Rubber Ducky Races (Time Trials) SWIM ONLY

Swim Practice: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (except meet days), Thursday, Friday at Rose Valley Pool

Week of 6/10 only:

• 4:00-4:45 Practice Group 1 (Advanced: approximately 12yrs & up)
• 4:45-5:30 Practice Group 2 (Intermediate: approximately 9yrs-12yrs)
• 5:30-6:00 Practice Group 3 (Beginner: 8 & under/new to team)

6/17 through end of season:

• 4:00-4:30 Practice Group 1 (Beginner: 8 & under/new to team)
• 4:30-5:15 Practice Group 2 (Intermediate: approximately 9yrs-12yrs)
• 5:15-6:00 Practice Group 3 (Advanced: approximately 12yrs & up)
  • Practice Groups subject to change based on swimmer’s ability and coaches’ assessment of swimmer’s needs.

Dive Team Practice: Weeknights after swim practice at Rose Valley Pool, days/times to be determined.

Dive Meets will be on Monday or Thursday evenings. Arrive at 5:15, warm-ups start at 5:30 PM, meet starts at 6:00 PM.
