Weekdays May 30-June 9, indoors at Ridley High School

• Swim – 4:00-5:50
  • 5:20-5:50 Practice Group 1 (Beginner: 8 & under/new to team)
  • 4:40-5:20 Practice Group 2 (Intermediate: approximately 9yrs-12yrs)
  • 4:00-4:40 Practice Group 3 (Advanced: approximately 12yrs & up)
• Dive – 5:50-6:30 (May 30, 31, June 1, 5, 8)
• June 8 — 4:00-6:30 Rubber Ducky Races (Time Trials) SWIM ONLY

2023 Practice Times – Swim & Dive

Swim Practice: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (except meet days), Thursday, Friday at Rose Valley Pool

• 4:00-4:30 Practice Group 1 (Beginner: 8 & under/new to team)
• 4:30-5:15 Practice Group 2 (Intermediate: approximately 9yrs-12yrs)
• 5:15-6:00 Practice Group 3 (Advanced: approximately 12yrs & up)
  • Practice Groups subject to change based on swimmer’s ability and coaches’ assessment of swimmer’s needs.

Dive Team Practice: Weeknights after swim practice at Rose Valley Pool, days/times to be determined.

July 22 – End-of-Season Banquet and Awards Ceremony (Swim & Dive)

2023 Swim Meets

Swim Meets will be on Wednesday evenings. Home meets: arrive at 4:45, warm-ups start at 5:00; Away meets: arrive at 5:15, warm-ups start at 5:30 PM. Meets start at 6:00 PM until approximately 8:30 PM.

• July 5 – Aronimink Swim Club at Rose Valley
• July 12 – Rose Valley at Rose Tree Woods

• Monday, July 24 – Distance Free Champs at Ply-Mar
• Wednesday, July 26 – Individual Medley Champs at Hidden Hollow
• Saturday, July 29 – League “A” Champs at Aronimink Swim Club

2023 Dive Meets

Dive Meets will be on Monday or Thursday evenings. Arrive at 5:15, warm-ups start at 5:30 PM, meet starts at 6:00 PM.
